Business Management Intern

Position Summary

This internship is a paid opportunity that will compensate $14.00 per hour. The Business Management Intern will have the ability to work remotely. We are seeking an individual that is driven, motivated, and prepared to execute needed responsibilities. The intern will be involved in and have the opportunity to learn about project budgets, estimation, project timelines, reporting, scheduling, and risk management plans involved in project management. They will also learn about the development of efficient workflows. They will have the ability to apply classroom based knowledge and learn essential career ready skills. Pain Into PURPOSE seeks an individual that not only has a great work ethic but an awesome and passionate personality to match.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work 10-20 Hours Per Week

  • Upload, organize, and complete business receipts and expense reports.

  • Conduct any needed research relevant to task (s) or assigned by Supervisor.

  • Aid in inquiring, searching, and purchasing any and all supplies, merchandise, travel arrangements, business attire, and gifts given requested by Supervisor.

  • In charge of managing and scheduling appointments with prospective clients, current clients, events, and affiliated colleagues.

  • Organize and Schedule team meetings.

  • Maintain and organize files and folders in Google drive.

  • Plan and Prepare for upcoming events.

  • Responsible for arranging equipment maintenance and repairs.

  • Attend weekly check-in meetings, and other meetings deemed appropriate.

  • Execute any and all other tasks assigned by their Supervisor.

Required Skills

  • Enrolled in 2 or 4 year College/University.

  • Working in a diverse and inclusive environment.
